摘要
汽车后盖外板两片式结构钎焊面宽度较大,带料翻边导致钎焊区域严重卷边,尺寸不一致影响钎焊质量。为解决这个问题,对比分析了在钎焊区域增加沉台和凸台的方法。结果表明,沉台和凸台的方式均可以解决钎焊区域卷边问题,但沉台方式更有利于冲压成形和增大后盖空间。
The width of the brazing surface of the two-piece structure of the decklid outer is large,and the flange with scrap leads to serious edge curling of the brazing area,and the size inconsistency affects the brazing quality.In order to solve this problem,this thesis compares and analyses the methods of adding depression and step on brazing area.The result shows that both the methods of depression and step can solve the problem of brazing area edge curling,but the depression method is more conducive to stamping forming and increasing the luggage space.
