摘要
电火花线切割机床主要用于加工各种形状复杂和精密细小的工件,广泛应用于模具制造行业,例如凸模、凹模、成型刀具、样板、各种孔槽、窄缝等的复杂曲线形状,由于对加工精度及加工效率要求的不断提高,通过摸索UG软件后置处理构造器,利用UG/Post Build功能,针对某新进线切割机床编制专用后置处理器,使得新开发的专用后置处理器所生成的NC代码能够直接应用于线切割机床。
WEDM is mainly used to process all kinds of complicated and fine workpieces,which are widely used in die manufacturing industry,such as complex curve shapes of punch,die,forming tool,template,various holes and slots,etc.Due to the continuous improvement of machining accuracy and efficiency,through exploring the post-processing constructor of UG software,using UG/Post Build function,a special post-processing program is compiled for a new WEDM,which makes the newly developed special post-processing program.
