肠道菌群对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎影响的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 以前,人们认为新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎与早产、缺氧、人工喂养、败血症、肠缺血和肠道致病菌感染等因素有关。近些年来,不断增多的研究结果显示,肠道菌群失调在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的发病中也扮演重要角色。本文就肠道菌群对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的影响进行综述,以期为新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的防治提供参考。 Previously,neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis is considered to be related to factors such as preterm birth,hypoxia,artificial feeding,sepsis,intestinal ischemia,and intestinal pathogenic bacteria infection.In recent years,a growing number of studies have shown that intestinal flora disorders also play an important role in the pathogenesis of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.This article reviews the effect of intestinal flora on neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,hoping to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.
