大学生“创客梦工场”与多元化创客实践教育模式改革 被引量:5

摘要 面向新工科培养未来多元化、创新型卓越工程人才的需求,以继承与创新、交叉与融合、协调与共享为主要途径,南京工业大学构建了多学科融合、多元文化交织的大学生"创客梦工场",建立了"鼓励创新、包容失败"的协同育人环境。通过重点打造工业网络化智能控制创新平台、新能源智能化控制创新平台、嵌入式"口袋"创新平台等智能制造创客平台,从院创客实验班、校创客梦工场到国家级科技创业实践三个层面,开展了大学生"创新、创客、创业"多学科协同能力培养模式改革与实践,强化了创新人才培养软环境与硬环境的深度融合,形成了"创新教育+项目孵化+投资基金+创业服务"的创新创业体系。 With the needs of cultivating diversified and innovative engineering talents in the future,by taking inheritance &innovation,cross &integration,coordination & sharing as the main methods,Nanjing Tech University has built the collaborative innovation platform " maker dream workshop" for college students,which is multi-disciplinary integrated and multi-cultural interweaved,and established the education environment of "encouraging innovation and containing failure".Meanwhile,it has focused on building the industrial network intelligent control innovation platform,new energy intelligent control innovation platform,embedded "pocket" innovation platform and other automation information maker platforms.College students’ engineering ability training mode of " innovation, maker and entrepreneurship".The multi-disciplinary collaborative innovation platform has been constructed in three levels:the college maker experimental class,the school maker dream workshop and the national science and technology entrepreneurship practice,which has further strengthened the deep integration of the soft environment and the hard environment for the cultivation of innovative talents,and has established the system of "innovation education+project incubation+investment fund+entrepreneurship service".
