普通高校毕业班学生的焦虑状况及其与自我和谐的关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过采用问卷调查的方式对高校毕业班学生的焦虑状况及其与自我和谐的关系进行研究。研究结果表明:焦虑检出率为25.91%;焦虑自评量表得分显著高于全国青年人常模(p<0.01);不同性别、不同来源、文科与理科之间的焦虑分数存在显著差异(p<0.05),不同学校、独生子女与非独生子女之间的分数无显著差异(p>0.05);焦虑与自我和谐及其各因子显著相关(p<0.01)。这说明高校毕业班学生普遍处于焦虑状态,焦虑状态受自我和谐度影响,尤其是自我和谐的灵活性。各高校需高度重视毕业班群体的心理健康状况并给予有针对性的服务。 By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper studies the relationship between anxiety and self harmony of university graduates. The results showed that the detection rate of anxiety was 25.91%;the score of self-rating anxiety scale was significantly higher than the national youth norm(P < 0.01);the anxiety scores of different genders,sources,liberal arts and science subjects were significantly different(P < 0.05),but the scores of different schools,the only child and the non only child were not significantly different(P > 0.05);anxiety and self harmony were significantly correlated with each other(P < 0.01). This shows that university graduates are generally in a state of anxiety,which is affected by the degree of self harmony,especially the flexibility of self harmony. Universities should attach great importance to the mental health of the university graduates and provide targeted services for them.
