摘要
为了精确控制循环流化床机组冷渣器冷却流量,增加机组出功,提高经济性,在各主要负荷下进行了冷渣器冷却流量的调整,通过研究对比调整前后的运行数据及分析计算,得出各个负荷下最经济运行的流量范围及最佳运行流量。在调整过程中,也对影响负荷变化量的各个因素进行量化分析,并提出优化方案。使得冷渣器冷却流量的控制分配更为合理,也为同类型机组在通过调整冷渣器冷却流量提高经济性方面提供了借鉴。
In order to accurately control the cooling flow rate of the slag cooler of CFB unit,increase the power output of the unit and improve the economy.The cooling flow rate of slag cooler is adjusted under each main load,the most economical flow rate range and the best flow rate are obtained by comparing the operation data before and after the adjustment.In the course of adjustment,the factors that affect the load variation are analyzed quantitatively,and the optimization scheme is put forward.It makes the control and distribution of cooling flux of slag cooler more reasonable,and provides reference for the same type units in improving economy by adjusting the cooling flux of slag cooler.
