摘要
研究异戊橡胶IR-80(简称IR-80)在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中使用15份IR-80等量替代天然橡胶,可延长胶料焦烧时间,改善混炼和挤出工艺性能;在保证硫化胶物理性能和成品轮胎耐久性能的同时可降低生产成本。
The application of polyisoprene rubber IR-80(IR-80 for short) in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied. The results showed that,by using 15 phr IR-80 to replace equal amount of natural rubber in the tread compound,the scorch time of the compound was prolonged,the mixing and extrusion process properties were improved;in ensuring the physical properties of the vulcanizate and durability of the finished tire,the production cost was reduced.
