摘要
高校中层领导人员考核评价体系存在考核对象分类不够精细、指标权重分配不够合理、考核程序统筹不够优化、考核结果运用不够充分等问题。该文阐述了完善高校中层领导人员考核评价体系的意义和构建原则,提出进一步细化考核内容、优化考核权重、改进考核程序、强化结果运用等,解决好“考核什么”“谁来考核”“如何考核”等问题,不断提高考核的科学化水平。
There are some problems in the assessment system for middle-level leaders in colleges and universities,such as insufficient classification of assessment objects,insufficient allocation of indicator weights,insufficient optimization of assessment procedures,and insufficient application of assessment results.This paper elaborates the significance and construction principles of improving the assessment system for middle-level leaders in colleges and universities,and proposes to further refine the assessment content,optimize the assessment weights,improve the assessment procedures,and strengthen the use of results,so as to solve the problems of"what to assess","who will assess",and"how to assess",and continuously improve the scientific level of assessment.
