农业院校马克思主义学院教研室主任工作问题及对策研究

教研室是高校为实现建设与发展目标,根据学科、专业以及课程建设的需要而设立的基层教学、科研与管理组织,教研室主任是教研室工作的具体负责人与组织者。当前农业院校马克思主义学院教研室主任工作中存在着工作职责认识不清、动员组织能力不够以及教研室工作投入力度不足等问题。解决上述问题须从明确工作职责做好基础性工作、加强课程建设与教学研究、加强科研工作组织动员、加强师资队伍建设以及加强教研室制度建设等方面入手。

Teaching and research section is a grass-roots teaching,scientific research and management organization set up according to the needs of discipline,specialty and curriculum construction in order to achieve the construction and development goals of colleges and universities.The director of teaching and research section is the specific person in charge and organizer of the work of teaching and research section.At present,there are some problems in the work of the director of the teaching and research section of Marxism college in agricultural colleges and universities,such as unclear understanding of the work responsibilities,insufficient mobilization and organization ability,and insufficient investment in the work of the teaching and research section.In order to solve these problems,we need to make clear our responsibilities,do a good job in basic work,strengthen the construction of courses and teaching research,strengthen the organization and mobilization of scientific research work,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and strengthen the construction of teaching and research office system.
