摘要
在特殊教育师资职前培养阶段,教育实践存在缺乏系统性、效率低下等问题。开展合作教学,联合各方力量,可以有效提高教育实践成效。顺利实施合作教学需要各合作单位建立长效合作机制,同时各指导教师之间、师生之间也要建立良好的合作关系。
Educational practice is a weak link in the pre-service training of special education teachers.Co-teaching can effectively improve the effect of educational practice.The successful implementation of co-teaching requires all cooperative units to establish long-term cooperative mechanism,and at the same time,a good cooperative relationship should also be established between each instructor and between teachers and students.
