新时代背景下民办高校党员标杆系统工程建设的探索与实践研究

能有效落实党的路线方针政策和决策的是党的基层组织,因此提高民办高校的基层建设工作,就能促进人才培养、科学发展,并对党的建设和我国社会主义事业的发展都具有深远的影响。近年来,民办高校党的建设呈现新气象,党建工作氛围越发浓郁,工作部署与举措明显丰富、力度显著增强,取得了积极进展,党组织在民办高校的政治核心作用日益显著。同时,由于种种原因,目前民办高校党建工作仍然存在不少困难,尤其是在党员教育管理服务工作方面面临不少问题,亟须建设党员标杆系统工程。当前形势下,民办高校党员标杆系统工程应采取合理的布局,将网格化作为中心,以“形象塑造”和“质量提升”作为保护的两翼,以“标杆测评工程”作为主动力,以此来打造党员标杆,从而也能形成标榜的驱动力,并且利用现代高科技的手段,打造网络化管理模式,使民办高校党建工作呈现出新的方式,并制定新的工作机制,从而提高教育管理服务的时效性,塑造党员创先争优的良好氛围。
