新农科建设对农林人才培养提出了新要求,自主型、复合型、实践型、创新型农林人才是未来农林人才培养的目标与趋势。该文将农林人才创新实践能力培养视作一个完整的培养体系,由专业知识体系、自主学习能力、专业实践技能、科研创新能力共同构成。通过分析传统农林人才培养存在的问题,讨论创新实践能力组成要素的内在逻辑,探索各项能力的有效培养途径,以构建新农科农林大学生创新实践能力培养体系。

The New Agricultural Major Construction puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents,and the self-directed,compound,innovative and practical agricultural and forestry talents are the future training goals and trends.This paper regards the cultivation of innovative and practical ability of agricultural and forestry talents as a complete training system,which is composed of professional knowledge system,autonomous learning ability,professional practical skills and scientific research and innovation ability.By analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of traditional agricultural and forestry talents,this paper discusses the internal logic of the elements of innovative and practical ability,and explores effective ways to cultivate various abilities,so as to build a training system for innovative and practical ability of new agricultural and forestry college students.
