摘要 广告是营销的手段之一,“互联网+”广告能直接、准确、由点及面地反映出互联网对营销的影响。人才,将成为产业和技术改革的关键。现如今,互联网广告的竞争日趋激烈,也宣告着广告业多元整合媒体时代的到来,这一切都对广告人的专业知识、实践能力和创新性有了越来越高的要求。随着信息化的进程不断深入,愈发凸显了人才的重要性。人才的培养便是产业技术进步的战略计划,优秀广告人才的缺口已经不容忽视,如何培养优秀的广告人才便是摆在眼前的重要问题。 Advertising is one of the means of marketing."Internet+"advertising can directly,accurately,and comprehensively reflect the influence of the Internet on marketing.Talents will become the key to industrial and technological reforms.Nowadays,the competition of Internet advertising is becoming fiercer,and it also announces the arrival of the era of diversified and integrated media in the advertising industry.All of these has put higher and higher requirements on the professional knowledge,practical ability and innovation of advertisers.As the process of informatization continues to deepen,the importance of talents has become more prominent.The cultivation of talents is the strategic plan for the advancement of industrial technology,and the shortage of outstanding advertising talents cannot be ignored,so how to train outstanding advertising talents is an important issue before us.
