以就业为导向的高职院校思政课教学创新探析

Innovative Exploration on the Teaching Innovation of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Employment Orientation

当前我国高职院校的思政课程存在课堂氛围不浓厚、学生政治觉悟不高等问题。为了改善这种状况,高职院校思政课程教学必须以就业为基本导向,围绕“合格建设者”与“可靠接班人”这两个育人目标构建整体的课程体系。该文阐述了高职院校思政课教学坚持以就业为导向的必要性,并探讨了以就业为导向的高职院校思政课程教学改革的要点。

At present,there are some problems in the ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges in our country,for example,the teaching atmosphere in higher vocational colleges is low and the students'political consciousness is not high.In order to improve this situation,the ideological and political courses of higher vocational colleges should be based on employment,constructing an overall curriculum system revolving around the two educational goals of"socialist builders"and"socialist successors".This paper expounds the necessity of employment-oriented teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the main points of the employment-oriented teaching reform of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.
