The general trend of education reform in the new era is constantly surging,and educators in higher vocational colleges should also reflect on the education model of their own college in terms of teaching content and teaching methods,in order to develop a highly innovative and highly practical education model to adapt to new and higher-level teaching requirements.The main background of this paper is the all-round promotion of education in higher vocational colleges and the increasing popularity of basketball in our country.The specific research focuses on basketball teaching in higher vocational colleges,analyzing the shortcomings in basketball teaching,hoping to introduce some more flexible methods for basketball teaching to achieve further breakthroughs in related problems.
