摘要 陶行知提出的“小先生制”不仅在教育资源匮乏、教师不足的旧社会有积极的意义,也适用于当代社会的小学语文教学中。小学时期的孩子具有较强的可塑性,许多的能力都有待开发,也有着无限的潜能。语文作为基础的人文学科,贯穿人的一生,“小先生制”的教学形式在小学语文教学中的作用尤为明显。语文作为母语,孩子们对其都有着较强的学习基础,为“小先生制”的实行提供了一定的便利。“小先生制”的应用,能够让孩子锻炼自身的表达和逻辑能力,除此之外,还能培养他们团队合作、组织分享的意识,更好地发挥学生的主体作用。 The"little teacher system"proposed by Tao Xingzhi not only has a positive meaning in the old society where educational resources are scarce and teachers are insufficient,but it is also suitable for primary school Chinese teaching in contemporary society.Because primary school children have strong plasticity and unlimited potential,and all of their abilities remain yet to be developed.Chinese as the basic humanistic subject goes throughout people's lives.The"little teacher system"plays a particularly obvious role in primary school Chinese teaching.Chinese is the mother tongue,so children have a strong foundation,which makes the implementation of the"little teacher system"convenient.It can help to practice children's expression and logic skills,playing an important role in Chinese reading and writing.In addition,it can also cultivate their awareness of teamwork,organization and sharing,so as to better achieve the student-centered education.
