高校实用型英语人才培养模式改革创新

Reform and Innovation of the Training Model of Practical English Talents in Colleges and Universities

随着经济社会的快速发展,社会对人才的需求也在不断增长。尤其是在当前经济全球化的背景下,社会对英语人才的需求量增大,英语实用型人才成为当今社会的热门人才。但是在目前的英语教学中,大多数高校仍然采用传统教学方式,只注重读写能力,忽视对学生听说能力的培养,导致了“哑巴英语”现象。因此,高校应转变英语教学方式,创新人才培养模式,从而培养出更多英语实用型人才,为我国社会发展输送更多高质量英语人才。该文对现今高校实用型英语人才培养过程中存在的问题进行探索,并针对问题提出了相应的改革措施,以期促进高校实用型英语人才培养模式的改革创新。

With the rapid development of economy and society,social demand for talents is also increasing.Especially in the context of the current economic globalization,the society has an increasing demand for English talents,and practical English talents have become popular talents in today's society.However,in the current English teaching,most colleges and universities still adopt traditional teaching methods,focusing only on reading and writing skills and neglecting the cultivation of students'listening and speaking skills,leading to the phenomenon of"dumb English".Therefore,colleges and universities should transform English teaching methods and innovate talent training models to cultivate more practical English talents and provide more high-quality English talents for the development of our society.This paper explores the problems existing in the training of practical English talents in colleges and universities,and proposes corresponding reform measures,hoping to promote the reform and innovation of the training model of practical English talents in colleges and universities.
