2019年北京师范大学艾滋病知识知晓情况调查

Investigation on the awareness of AIDS knowledge in Beijing Normal University,2019

目的了解大学生对艾滋病知识的知晓情况和态度,为开展大学生艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取300名北京师范大学在校学生,采用自行设计的调查问卷开展艾滋病相关知识及态度的问卷调查。结果20个艾滋病知识问题中有3个问题的知晓率较高,回答正确率在90%以上;4个知晓率较低,回答正确率在60%以下。男生对艾滋病一般知识的得分高于女生(P=0.016<0.05);不同年级学生得分存在差异(P=0.049<0.05)。艾滋病传播途径知识得分男生高于女生(P=0.038<0.05),有性生活史者得分高于无性生活史者(P=0.043<0.05)。艾滋病一般知识、传播途径相关知识和总得分与态度得分存在正相关。结论高校在校大学生对艾滋病有一定认知,但仍不够全面,且在知识和态度上存在不同人群间的差异。

Objective To understand the awareness and attitude of college students to AIDS knowledge,to provide basis for carrying out AIDS health education for college students.Methods Totally of 300 college students from Beijing Normal University were randomly selected to fill in a self-designed questionnaire about AIDS-related knowl-edge and attitudes.Results Among the 20 AIDS knowledge questions,3 questions had a higher correct rate,and the correct rate was above 90%.The awareness rate of 4 questions was lower,and the correct rate was below 60%.The male students scored higher than female students in general knowledge of AIDS(P=0.016<0.05).The scores of students in different grades were different(P=0.049<0.05).The knowledge score of AIDS transmission was higher for male students than for female students(P=0.038<0.05),and the score of students who had sexual experience than that of students who had no sexual experience(P=0.043<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the general knowledge score,knowledge score of transmission,total score and the attitude score.Conclusion The college students have some knowledge about AIDS,but it is still not comprehensive,and there are significant differences in knowledge and attitude among different groups.
