实验室检测设备校准周期的确定

Determination of calibration cycle of the laboratory equipments

对于检测结果有影响的设备都需要进行校准,但设备校准周期不是固定不变的。实验室应根据设备的具体情况,如用途、历次校准结果、期间核查结果、稳定性、维护保养、使用频率、环境条件等,综合考虑设备使用的风险大小和成本投入,确定和调整其校准周期。本文以检测实验室常用的移液器、恒温培养箱和高效液相色谱仪等设备为例,结合相关规范性文件要求和使用情况,给出了校准周期的后续调整方法,并给出了具体的应用实例,为检测实验室在设备校准管理方面提供指导。

The laboratory equipment that affect test results need to be calibrated.However the calibration cycle should not be fixed.Laboratories should determine and adjust the calibration cycle based on the specific situation of each device,such as usage,previous calibration results,intermediate check results,stability,maintenance,frequency of use,environment condition.Laboratories should also take into account the risk and cost while using the device.In this article,we provided some adjustment methods of calibration cycle and three examples in pipette,constant temperature incubator and high performance liquid chromatograph,offering guidance to laboratories.
