X射线衍射法快速定量测定硬质合金的钴相结构

摘要 用化学腐蚀法消除硬质合金表面大量WC相,随后采用X射线衍射仪在选定的2θ角范围内快速测定合金表面的钴相结构,应用Jade软件分析不同钴相结构的特征峰面积,并用物相定量K值法计算出不同钴相结构的质量分数。方法简便快速,适用于生产分析。 A large number of WC phase on the surface of cemented carbides was removed by chemical corrosion,and then an X-ray diffractometer was used to quickly determine the cobalt phase structure on alloy surface within the selected 2θ angle range.Jade software was used to analyze the characteristic peak areas of different cobalt phase structures,and mass fraction of different cobalt phase structures was calculated with K value method for phase quantification.The method is simple and fast,suitable for production analysis.
