部分国家生殖道沙眼衣原体感染防治研究项目的实施进展

Implementation progress of projects on prevention and treatment of urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infections in some countries

生殖道沙眼衣原体感染在发达和发展中国家都是重要的公共卫生问题。针对目前生殖道沙眼衣原体感染流行的应对,部分国家已经实施了全国性的防治规划或开展了针对性的试点研究,并取得了阶段性成果。本文对这些国家的防治规划和试点研究情况以及阶段性进展和经验进行了总结,以便为我国制定生殖道沙眼衣原体感染综合防治策略提供借鉴。

Urogenital infection of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)remains an important public health issue in either developing or developed countries.To respond to the epidemic,some countries have set up the national programmes or initiated pilot projects specifically for CT prevention and control,and have got promising results.In this paper,we systematically review the implementation progress and lessons learned from these programmes and projects in order to provide reference for planning the national programme of CT control in China.
