摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是一种由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引起的,可在人类和动物之间传播的新发传染病,对人民的生命健康造成了严重威胁。疑似病例的早期诊断、确诊病例的有效治疗、和针对传染环节的预防措施,对COVID-19的防控至关重要。本文综述了COVID-19诊断与治疗的研究进展,以期为国内外COVID-19的防治提供参考。
COVID-19 is an emerging infectious disease caused by the new coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)that can be transmitted between humans and animals,and poses a serious threat for the people’s lives.The early diagnosis of suspected cases,effective treatments of confirmed cases,and prevention measures against infectious links are essential to prevent and control COVID-19.The current progresses of COVID-19 about diagnosis and treatment are reviewed in this article,with a view to providing reference for the control of COVID-19.
