鼻内镜下腺样体切除术对儿童慢性鼻窦炎转归的影响

Effect of nose endoscope in treatment of chronic sinusitis in children after adenoidectomy

目的研究行鼻内镜下行腺样体切除术后,药物治疗对慢性鼻窦炎患儿的应用效果。方法研究对象为2016年3月—2018年3月郑州市第二人民医院收治的76例慢性鼻窦炎合并腺样体肥大患儿,将研究对象归入2组,实验组37例行鼻内镜下腺样体切除术,术后予以药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎,对照组39例只接受药物保守治疗。结果手术组37例患者中,有30例治愈,6例好转,1例无效,有效率为97.3%;对照组39例患者中,有7例治愈,18例好转,14例无效,有效率64.1%。两组的有效率采用χ^2检验,P<0.05,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论鼻内镜下腺样体切除术可以显著提高儿童慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chronic Sinusitis in Children after adenoidectomy by nose endoscope.Methods Totally 76 patients who suffered from chronic sinusitis and adenoid vegetation visited our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into two groups,37 cases accepted adenoidectomy and medicine treatment in the operation group,39 cases accepted medicine treatment in the matched group.Results Among the 37 patients in the operation group, 30 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved, only 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.3%.Of the 39 patients in the matched group, 7 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved, and 14 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 64.1%.The effective rate of two groups were tested by chi-square test, P<0.05, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Adenoidectomy by nose endoscope can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of chronic sinusitis in children.
