Land Marketization and Urban-Rural Income Distribution

摘要 以2003—2016年间中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据为样本,综合考虑农地非法交易市场与城市土地市场,采用加权平均法对土地市场化程度进行测算,考察土地市场化与城乡收入差距的关联。研究发现:(1)土地市场化程度提升会加剧城乡收入差距的扩大;(2)分样本后发现,东北、北部、东部和南部的土地市场化改善了城乡收入差距,而西北、西南、长江中游地区和黄河中游地区的土地市场化扩大了城乡收入差距;(3)同步推进土地市场化与新型城镇化会缩小城乡收入差距。 This paper selected the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2016,and used the weighted average method to measure the marketization degree of farmlands entering the market legally and illegally.The results were as follows.Firstly,the rise of land marketization level may significantly expand the urban-rural income gap.Secondly,the analysis of sub-samples showed that,the phenomenon of the land marketization in northeast,northern,eastern and southern regions had narrowed the urban-rural income gap,while that in northwest,southwest,the middle Yangtze river regions and the middle reaches of the Yellow River areas had widened the gap.Finally,the synchronous development of land marketization and new-type urbanization could narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.
