火龙灸联合平衡火罐治疗腰痛的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of fire dragon moxibustion combined with balanced chaff in treating low back pain

目的:探讨在腰痛患者的治疗过程中使用火龙灸联合平衡火罐的治疗效果。方法:在本院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的腰痛患者中选择35例作为研究对象,患者签署《知情同意书》后以治疗方法作为分组依据将研究对象分为两组。对照组患者17例,给予患者平衡火罐治疗;观察组患者18例,给予患者火龙灸联合平衡火罐治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意度、治疗前后JOA(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores)腰痛评分、治疗结束后后的随访复发率进行对比。结果:治疗前两组患者的JOA评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。观察组患者的治疗效果高于对照组;观察组患者的满意度评分高于对照组;治疗后观察组患者的JOA腰痛评分低于对照组;观察组患者的治疗后随访复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的数据对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:在腰痛患者的治疗过程中使用火龙灸联合平衡火罐的治疗效果显著,在保持疗效的同时对提升患者满意度具有积极性作用,对改善患者的腰痛程度也有积极性作用,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of using fire dragon moxibustion combined with balanced cupping in the treatment of patients with low back pain.Methods:A total of 35 patients with low back pain treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment method after signing the“Informed Consent Form”.Seventeen patients in the control group were treated with balanced cupping;18 patients in the observation group were treated with fire dragon moxibustion combined with balanced cupping.The treatment effect,patient satisfaction,JOA(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Score)back pain score before and after treatment,and the follow-up recurrence rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The JOA score of the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant,and P>0.05 was comparable.The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the JOA low back pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference in data between the two groups of patients is statistically significant.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with low back pain,the use of fire dragon moxibustion combined with balanced cupping has a significant effect.It has a positive effect on improving patient satisfaction while maintaining efficacy,and also has a positive effect on improving the degree of low back pain in patients.application.
