自2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染的肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)在武汉感染流行并迅速蔓延至全国各地。该病作为法定乙类传染病,并采取甲类传染病的预防和控制措施,多地已根据国家要求,启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应,部分地区已经实施区域交通管制。在此特殊形势下对于急性胸痛患者的救治、转运流程可能造成一定影响。但急性心肌梗死发病急、致死率高、最佳救治时间短,且易合并呼吸、循环衰竭[1]。所以时间节点的管理尤为重要。我院地处成都市的北大门且是国家胸痛级中心。在疫情期间为规范管理、简化流程、防止疫情蔓延,结合我院实际情况,整理出急性心肌梗塞患者的诊治流程和路径策略。

Novel coronavirus(novel coronavirus pneumonia)has been prevalent in Wuhan since December 2019 and spread rapidly to all parts of the country since 2019-nCoV.As a legal class B infectious disease,and the prevention and control measures of class A infectious diseases have been taken.According to the national requirements,many places have launched a level-1 response to major public health emergencies,and some areas have implemented regional traffic control.In this special situation,the treatment and transportation process of patients with acute chest pain may be affected.However,acute myocardial infarction is characterized by acute onset,high mortality rate,short optimal treatment time,and is prone to respiratory and circulatory failure[1].Therefore,the management of time nodes is particularly important.Our hospital is located in the north gate of Chengdu and is a national chest pain center.During the epidemic period,in order to standardize management,simplify the process and prevent the spread of the epidemic,combined with the actual situation of our hospital,we sorted out the diagnosis and treatment process and path strategy of the patients with acute myocardial infarction for the reference of the general public.
