氧化锆全瓷冠修复老年人磨牙大面积缺损的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Zirconia All Ceramic Crown in Repairing Large Area Defect of Molar in the Elderly

目的:分析氧化锆全瓷冠修复老年人磨牙大面积缺损的治疗效果。方法:选取68例老年人磨牙大面积缺损患者为研究对象,其中34例接受金属烤瓷冠修复治疗设为烤瓷冠组,34例接受氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗设为全瓷冠组,比较两组疗效。结果:随访1年后,两组总有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);全瓷冠修复组龈缘黑线、牙龈炎、颜色改变、裂纹或崩瓷、继发龋齿等不良反应发生率低于金属烤瓷组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金属烤瓷冠修复与氧化锆全瓷冠修复疗效相当,均能提高牙体美学效果。但是,氧化锆全瓷冠修复老年人磨牙大面积缺损随访1年后,牙齿完好率更高,不良反应更低,可以推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown in repairing large-scale defects of molars in the elderly.Methods:68 cases of elderly patients with large area molar defect were selected as the research object.34 cases were treated with metal ceramic crowns and 34 cases were treated with zirconia all ceramic crowns.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 year of follow-up,the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);adverse reactions such as gingival margin black lines,gingivitis,color changes,cracks or chipping,secondary caries,etc.occurred in the all-ceramic crown group The rate was lower than that of the metal porcelain group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The restoration of metal ceramic crown is equivalent to the restoration of zirconia full ceramic crown,which can improve the aesthetic effect of teeth.However,zirconia all-ceramic crowns to repair large-scale defects of molars in the elderly after 1 year of follow-up,the tooth intact rate is higher and the adverse reactions are lower,which can be promoted and applied.
