卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗高血压患者的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Captopril Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:了解卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗高血压患者的临床效果评价。方法:选取我院高血压患者240例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均给予卡托普利治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合应用硝苯地平进行治疗,7周为一个疗程并观察临床疗效。结果:对照组显效54例(45.00%),有效25例(20.83%),无效41例(34.16),总有效率65.83%。治疗组显效72例(60.00%),有效38例(31.66%),无效10例(8.33),总有91.66%。两组间比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:卡托普利在临床治疗高血压的效果认可,因此联合硝苯地平提高了治疗高血压的效果。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of captopril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:240 patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Both groups were treated with captopril.The treatment group was treated with nifedipine on this basis.7 weeks was a course of treatment and the clinical effect was observed.Results:in the control group,54 cases(45.00%)were effective,25 cases(20.83%)were effective,41 cases(34.16)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 65.83%.In the treatment group,72 cases(60.00%)were effective,38 cases(31.66%)were effective and 10 cases(8.33)were ineffective,with a total of 91.66%.Conclusion:captopril in the clinical treatment of hypertension is recognized,so combined with nifedipine to improve the effect of hypertension.
