摘要
文章对MLIS双导师制的基本内涵和必要性进行了分析,对MLIS双导师制的建设成效进行了总结,提出当前双导师制建设仍存在导师职责不清、数量分配不均、参与程度不深的问题。基于此,从遴选机制、参与方式、培养途径及评价机制层面探究了MLIS双导师制建设的具体路径。
The article analyzes the basic connotation and necessity of dual tutor system,and summarizes the effectiveness of the construction of the system.It points out that the dual tutor system of MLIS has three problems,that is,the tutor’s responsibilities are unclear;the number is unevenly distributed and the degree of participation is not deep.Based on this,the article explores the specific path of dual tutor system construction from four levels:selection mechanism,participation paths,training methods and evaluation mechanism.
