夏黎明以“通”立法治疗恶性肠梗阻

恶性肠梗阻是原发性和(或)转移性恶性肿瘤造成的肠梗阻,在晚期消化道肿瘤中很常见,严重影响癌症患者的生活质量以及生存期,目前西医治疗收效甚微。恶性肠梗阻属于中医“关格”、“腹痛”范畴,中医治疗可发挥确切疗效。夏黎明认为恶性肠梗阻发生的根源在于正虚标实,治疗上以扶正为基础,祛邪为辅助,临床随症变化,个体化施治,提倡中西合用,遵循“辨证论治”的原则,充分发挥中医药的作用。

malignant intestinal obstruction is caused by primary and(or)metastatic malignant tumor.It is very common in advanced gastrointestinal cancer,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival of cancer patients.At present,western medicine treatment has little effect.Malignant intestinal obstruction belongs to the category of"Guange"and"abdominal pain"in traditional Chinese medicine.Xia Liming believes that the root cause of malignant intestinal obstruction is deficiency and excess.The treatment is based on strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors.It is individualized according to the changes of symptoms.It advocates the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,follows the principle of"dialectical treatment",and gives full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine.
