浅谈国医大师张震疏调气机法在肿瘤治疗领域之应用

Introduction to the Application of Master of National Physician Zhang Zhen’s Method of the Movement of Qi in Tumor Therapy

当今社会竞争激烈,人们暴露于巨大的工作、生活及学习压力之中,体内气机失常的人群随处可见,其主要表现为气机郁滞不畅。从中医学的角度分析,气机郁滞不调是形成肿瘤的重要因素之一,且关系着肿瘤患者的治疗效果及预后康复。对气机失调病证之治疗,国医大师张震教授结合自己多年临床经验认为非单纯疏肝理气解郁所能达到治疗之目的,需同时兼顾脾肾二脏,遂提出“疏肝为体,健脾补肾为两翼”之疏调气机法,在此理论基础上组建的疏调气机汤及其衍生方在临床上屡有效验。该文主要阐述国医大师张震之弟子郭利华教授灵活将疏调气机疗法运用于肿瘤病的治疗经验以及笔者对疏调气机法广泛应用于肿瘤治疗领域的粗浅理解。

Competition in today’s society is fierce,people have to be exposed to great work,life and study pressure.So people with abnormal internal qi can be seen everywhere,and the main performance is stagnation of qi.From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,qi stagnation is one of the important factors of tumor formation,and is related to the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients with tumor.For the treatment of qi disorders,professor zhang Zhen,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with his years of clinical experience,believes that it is not only to soothe the liver,regulate qi and relieve depression,but also to take into account the spleen and kidney.Therefore put forward method of the movement of qi of“one body is soothing the liver,two wings are invigorating the spleen and kidney”.On the basis of this theory,the shutiaoqi decoction and its derivatives have been proved effective in clinical practice.This paper mainly describes the tutor professor guo lihua’s experience in flexibly applying the therapy of air-conditioner to the treatment of tumor diseases and the author’s superficial understanding of its wide application in the field of tumor treatment.
