健脾补肾方对肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Bushen Decoction on Bone Marrow Suppression after Chemotherapy of Lung Cancer

目的:观察健脾补肾方对肺癌患者化疗骨髓抑制的影响。方法:选择2018年1月—2018年9月西南医科大学附属中医医院确诊为肺癌并且满足化疗条件的60例患者,随机分为治疗组30例,两组均予以常规化疗6周期,其中治疗组在化疗期间给予健脾补肾方中药汤剂口服,对照组不予中药治疗。以上2组治疗开始后每周复查血常规记录白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白、血小板计数,取化疗2、4、6周期后血常规评价两组骨髓抑制状况并进行功能状态(PS)评分。结果:1、化疗2周期后两组骨髓抑制发生率、发生程度相当,P>0.05,两组间无统计学差异;化疗4、6周期后治疗组骨髓抑制发生率、发生程度明显低于对照组,P<0.05,两组间有统计学差异。2、化疗2、4周期后两组PS评分相当,P>0.05,两组间无统计学差异;化疗6周期后治疗组PS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05,两组间有统计学差异。结论:健脾补肾方能有效预防肺癌化疗引起骨髓抑制发生,降低骨髓抑制程度,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Bushen decoction on bone marrow suppression in patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2018,60 patients who were diagnosed with lung cancer in the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University and met the conditions for chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment groups of 30 cases.Both groups were given 6 cycles of conventional chemotherapy,among which the treatment group during chemotherapy,Chinese medicine decoction of Jianpi Bushen decoction was given orally,and the control group was not treated with Chinese medicine.After the start of treatment,the above two groups were rechecked weekly to record the counts of white blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin,and platelets.After the 2,4,and 6 cycles of chemotherapy,the blood was routinely evaluated for bone marrow suppression and functional status (PS) scores.Results:1.The incidence and degree of bone marrow suppression in the two groups after 2 cycles of chemotherapy were similar (P>0.05),there was no statistical difference between the two groups;the incidence and degree of bone marrow suppression in the treatment group after 4 and 6 cycles of chemotherapy were significantly lower than the control Group (P<0.05),there are statistical differences between the two groups.2.After 2 and 4 cycles of chemotherapy,the PS scores of the two groups were the same (P>0.05),there was no statistical difference between the two groups;after 6 cycles of chemotherapy,the PS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),there was statistics between the two groups difference.Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen decoction can effectively prevent the occurrence of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy of lung cancer,reduce the degree of bone marrow suppression,and improve the quality of life of patients.
