中医药在食管癌放疗中增效减毒作用的临床研究

Clinical Study in Synergism and Antitoxicity Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Radiotherapy for Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:评价中草药在食管癌放疗中的增效减毒作用。方法:将食管癌进行放疗的病人96例随机分为2组,对照组46例单纯给与放射治疗。治疗组50例从放疗开始同步给予中草药口服;观察两组病人放疗的近期疗效及放射性毒副反应。结果:两组患者近期总有效率(对照组52.5%,治疗组53.6%)无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组疾病控制率(87.5%)明显优于对照组(67.4%),总体疗效也优于对照组,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组放射性食管炎、放射性肺炎及骨髓抑制明显低于对照组(P<0.01及0.05)。结论:中草药同步放疗对食管癌患者具有一定的增效作用,并且有明显的减轻放射性毒副反应的效果。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine in enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity in radiotherapy of esophageal cancer.Methods:96 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,and 46 patients in the control group were given radiotherapy alone.Fifty patients in the treatment group were given Chinese herbal medicines from the beginning of radiotherapy;the short-term effects of radiotherapy and radiotoxic side effects of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The short-term total effective rate of the two groups of patients(52.5%in the control group and 53.6%in the treatment group)was not significantly different(P>0.05);the disease control rate in the treatment group(87.5%)was significantly better than the control group(67.4%),and the overall curative effect It is also better than the control group,and the comparison is significantly different(P<0.05).The radiation esophagitis,radiation pneumonitis and bone marrow suppression in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 and 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine simultaneous radiotherapy has a certain synergistic effect on patients with esophageal cancer,and has a significant effect of reducing radioactive side effects.
