逍遥散联合针灸对肝郁脾虚型无排卵不孕症患者激素及BBT复常率的影响

Effects of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Acupuncture on Hormone and BBT Recurrence Rate in Anovulatory Infertility Patients with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察逍遥散联合针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型无排卵不孕症患者的激素及BBT复常率的影响。方法:将60例肝郁脾虚型无排卵不孕症患者分为A组和B组,每组各30例。A组予逍遥散联合针灸治疗,B组予逍遥散联合克氯米芬治疗。两组均治疗3个月,比较治疗两组治疗前后激素水平及BBT复常率。结果:A组周期排卵率48.23%、B组周期排卵率45.78%,两组周期排卵率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前:FSH、LH、E2相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),T、PRL、PRG相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组间:FSH、L、E2比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:逍遥散联合针灸治疗与逍遥散联合枸橼酸克氯米芬均可提高肝郁脾虚型无排卵不孕症患者血清FSH、L、E2含量且两者无明显差异,遥散联合针灸治疗与逍遥散联合枸橼酸克氯米芬均对肝郁脾虚型无排卵不孕症患者血清T、PRL、PRG无明显影响,逍遥散联合针灸治疗与逍遥散联合枸橼酸克氯米芬对于肝郁脾虚型无排卵不孕症患者的周期排卵率及BBT复常率影响相似。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture on hormones and BBT normalization rate in patients with anovulatory infertility of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:60 cases of anovulatory infertility patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency were divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture and group B was treated with Xiaoyao powder combined with Clomiphene.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the hormone levels and BBT recovery rate before and after treatment were compared.Results:The periodic ovulation rate of group A was 48.23%,and that of group B was 45.78%.There was no statistically significant comparison between the two groups of periodic ovulation rate(P>0.05).After treatment and before treatment,FSH,LH,E2 were statistically significant in the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in T,PRL,and PRG(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparison of FSH,L,E2 between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture treatment and Xiaoyao powder combined with Clomiphene Citrate can increase serum FSH,L,E2 levels in patients with anovulatory infertility of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and there is no significant difference between the two.Yaosan combined with acupuncture treatment And Xiaoyao powder combined with Clomifene Citrate had no significant effect on serum T,PRL,and PRG in patients with anovulatory infertility of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Anovulatory infertility patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency have similar effects on cycle ovulation rate and BBT recovery rate.
