止痒润肤乳联合糠酸莫米松软膏对成人期特应性皮炎(血虚风燥型)临床观察

Clinical Observation of Antipruritic Moisturizer and Mometasone Furoate Ointment on Atopic Dermatitis in Adults(Deficiency of Blood and Wind)

目的:观察止痒润肤乳联合糠酸莫米松软膏对成人期特应性皮炎(血虚风燥型)的临床疗效。方法:随机将72例血虚风燥型成人期特应性皮炎患者分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。对照组予以糠酸莫米松软膏局部外用,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用止痒润肤乳,疗程均为4周,治疗结束后对有效患者随访3个月,比较2组患者有效率、治疗前后特应性皮炎评估评分(SCORAD)、复发率。结果:治疗组有效率为94.44%,对照组为77.78%,2组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组患者治疗后SCORAD评分及复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:止痒润肤乳联合糠酸莫米松软膏治疗血虚风燥型特应性皮炎疗效确切,可明显减轻患者症状,复发率较单纯外用糠酸莫米松软膏低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of antipruritic moisturizer combined with mometasone furoate ointment on adult atopic dermatitis(blood deficiency and wind dryness).Methods According to the random number table,72 patients with adult atopic dermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness were divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given topical application of mometasone furoate ointment.The treatment group was given antipruritic moisturizer on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.After the treatment was completed,effective patients were followed up for 3 months.Efficiency,atopic dermatitis evaluation score(SCORAD)before and after treatment,relapse rate.Results The total effective rate was 94.44%in the treatment group and 77.78%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SCORAD score and recurrence rate were lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The antipruritic moisturizer combined with mometasone furoate ointment is effective in treating atopic dermatitis with blood deficiency and dryness,and can obviously reduce the symptoms of patients.The recurrence rate is lower than that of pure mometasone furoate ointment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
