特色针刺手法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床探究

作者通过整理近10年文献中关于脑卒中后吞咽障碍的相关资料,发现吞咽障碍已经成为中风病的一种高发症状,且严重影响着患者的社会日常生活。在临床治疗中,多采用中医治疗与康复训练相结合的治疗方法。针灸作为一项特殊的治疗吞咽障碍的手段现如今被广泛地运用于临床中,且在逐步完善发展。该文通过对特色针刺手法的汇总与其作用机制的探讨,观察治疗吞咽障碍的临床效应,意在激发临床医师的灵感,发散思维将现代新兴康复治疗技术与传统特色针法相结合,进行更深层次的研究探索。

By collating relevant data on dysphagia after stroke in the literature in the past 10 years,the author finds that dysphagia has become a high-incidence symptom of stroke,and it seriously affects the social daily life of patients.In clinical treatment,treatment methods combining traditional Chinese medicine treatment and rehabilitation training are often used.Acupuncture,as a special treatment for dysphagia,is now widely used in clinical practice and is gradually being developed.Through the summary of characteristic acupuncture techniques and their mechanism of action,this article observes the clinical effects of treating dysphagia.It is intended to inspire clinicians’inspiration and divergent thinking,which combines modern emerging rehabilitation therapy techniques with traditional characteristic acupuncture methods for a deeper level Research exploration.
