三产融合背景下乡村聚落公共空间的重构与提升

Reconstruction and Improvement of Public Space in Rural Settlements under the Background of Integration of the Three Industries

公共空间作为乡村聚落中重要的社交活动场所,不仅承载着村民生产生活的空间,同时成为对外传递乡村价值资源的重要媒介。产业振兴是乡村振兴的内容之一与首要任务,乡村产业的可持续发展为乡村建设提供内生动力。随着我国一、二、三产业结构的转型,乡村原本单一的农业无法支撑"自给自足"的生活需求,乡村产业发展向三产融合转型成为一种必然。本文通过对乡村聚落公共空间的研究,以城郊融合型美丽乡村福州市长乐区屿后村为例,分析屿后村三产融合的发展前景。通过重构聚落的公共空间,从生产性空间的多元化、生活性空间的合理化、休闲性空间的生活化等三个方面进行提升。从而达到以产业为动力促进乡村发展、以设计为契机优化聚落空间布局,实现村民居住品质提升与乡土文化传统再造的目的。

As an important place for social activities in rural settlements, public space not only carries the space for the production and living of villagers, but also becomes an important medium for the external transmission of rural value resources. Industrial revitalization is one of the contents and primary tasks of rural revitalization. The sustainable development of rural industry provides an endogenous driving force for rural construction. With the transformation of the structure of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in China, the original single rural agriculture can not support the "self-sufficient" living demand, the development of rural industry to the integration of the transition to become an inevitable. Based on the study of the public space of rural settlements, this paper takes yuhoucun, a beautiful suburban integrated village in changle district, fuzhou city, as an example to analyze the development prospect of the integration of three industries in yuhou. Through the reconstruction of the public space of the settlement, it is improved from three aspects: the diversification of productive space, the rationalization of living space, and the life of leisure space. So as to achieve the purpose of using industry as the driving force to promote the development of rural areas, optimizing the spatial distribution of settlements by taking design as an opportunity, and realizing the improvement of the living quality of villagers and the reconstruction of local cultural traditions.
