摘要 交错桁架结构是适应建筑工业化发展的新型钢结构体系,在办公、酒店及公寓类建筑中应用较广,但在住宅类建筑中采用不多,其主要原因是缺乏对交错桁架结构的空间特征的分析以及对住宅体型适配研究的缺位。住宅体型是居住空间的物化形态,是居住需求的产物。论文探究交错桁架结构与住宅体型的适配,本质是分析交错桁架结构的空间特点与居住需求和空间的适配,以期筛选出既满足居住需求又符合交错桁架结构模型的住宅体型。论文采用文献梳理、分类对比和试做校验的方法进行研究,首先归纳出交错桁架结构的三个基本空间特征;其次对住宅体型进行分类和初筛,确定板式和板塔式体型为主要试验对象;随后结合实践,根据体型进一步遴选出三种住宅平面进行结构适配试验,以结构合理性作为校验标准,得出1T2板式住宅是与交错桁架结构适配度最高的住宅体型;并在此基础上,建议出不同进深和不同高度的三种住宅标准层平面,建立了进一步研究的基础。 Staggered truss structure is a new steel structure system which can adapt to the development of building industrialization. It is widely used in office, hotel and apartment buildings, but rarely used in residential buildings. The main reason is the lack of analysis of the spatial characteristics of staggered truss structure and the lack of research on the adaptation to the housing body. Housing body is the physical form of living space, is also the product of living demand. This paper researchs the adaptation between staggered truss structure and housing body type, the essence is to analyze the adaptation between spatial characteristics of staggered truss structure and housing demand and space,The purpose is to screen out the housing body which meets living demand and meets the model of staggered truss structure.This paper adopts the methods of literature review, classification comparison and trial verification.Firstly,three basic spatial characteristics of staggered truss structure are summarized. Secondly,housing body is classified and screened, and slap house and slaptower house is determined as the main test objects. Then combined with practice, three kinds of housing planes were further selected for structural adaptation test according to the body type. Taking structural rationality as the calibration standard, it was concluded that 1 T2 slap house was the housing type which have the highest adaptability with staggered truss structure. On this basis, four typical floor plans with different depth and height are proposed to establish the basis for further research.
