换热器交错扇缺折流结构流场仿真分析

摘要 文章采用ANSYSCFX14.0仿真模拟软件对管壳式换热器2种折流板结构(单弓式折流板和交错扇缺式折流板)的壳程流场进行对比数值仿真,得到换热器壳程流场在2种折流板结构下的压力云图、温度云图和流体速度矢量图,对比6种不同流量条件下、2种折流结构的传热系数、压降和单位压降传热系数,得出交错扇缺式折流板结构整体传热指标优于单弓式折流板、值得应用推广的结论. In this paper,numerical simulation of shell flow field was performed on two kinds of baffle structure(the single bow baffle and the staggered sector gap baffle)in shell and tube exchanger with ANSYS CFX14.0 simulation software.And the shell-side pressure cloud map,temperature cloud map and fluid velocity vector diagram for two types of baffles were obtained;the shell heat transfer coefficient,shell-side pressure drop and shell-side unit pressure drop heat transfer coefficient of two types of baffles under six different flow conditions was compared.And then,this paper arrived at the conclusion that the integrated heat transfer performance of the staggered sector gap baffle is better than that of the single bow baffle heat exchanger,which is worthy of application and popularization.
