特色小镇定制化发展策略研究——以农业型特色小镇龙坞为例

On Customized Development Strategies of Characteristic Towns——A Case Study of Longwu,an Agricultural Characteristic Town

2020年是我国特色小镇战略阶段性成果验收之年,以我国特色小镇实践桥头堡、农业型小镇特色建设典型案例龙坞为研究对象,通过田野调查、文献研读的方法分析龙坞现有困境、整合小镇前期成果。研究表明,对资源的物尽其用是完善龙坞特色产业链、深度契合市场需求的前提,因此聚焦龙坞定制化发展策略研究,进而探询我国特色小镇建设路径,以对我国特色小镇的发展提供借鉴。

2020 is the year of acceptance of strategic phased achievements of small towns with Chinese characteristics.Taking Longwu as the research object,a typical case of bridgehead and agricultural town characteristic construction in China’s characteristic towns,this paper analyzes the existing difficulties of Longwu and integrates the early achievements of the town through field investigation and literature study.The research shows that the best use of resources is the premise of perfecting Longwu characteristic industry chain and deeply meeting the market demand.Therefore,the paper focuses on the customized development strategy of Longwu,and then explores the construction path of characteristic towns in China,hoping to provide reference for the development of characteristic towns in China.
