我国图书情报与档案管理硕士研究生教育现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Postgraduate Education of Library Information and Archives Management in China

为了全面了解"图书情报与档案管理"硕士研究生培养现状,推进高层次人才结构性改革,优化培养结构,调整培养规模,也为报考该专业的考生提供参考,文章通过访问中国研究生招生信息网和招收图书情报与档案管理专业研究生的官方网站,获得一系列数据资料并进行统计分析。根据数据分析得出:我国图情档学科弱小,东西部发展不均衡;对学科重视程度不够;基础理论研究薄弱;培养目标趋向于综合化等问题。并提出了以下建议:加强学科宣传,促进东西部交流;加强对学科的重视程度;加强基础理论的创新和人才培养;促进图情档专业的特色发展。

In order to fully understand the current situation of the postgraduate training of "library information and archives management",promote the structural reform of high-level talents,optimize the training structure,adjust the training scale,and also provide reference for the candidates of this major,by visiting the Chinese graduate enrollment information net and the official website of recruiting graduate students majoring in library information and archives management,this paper obtains a series of data and makes statistical analysis.According to the data analysis,it is concluded that: the subject of information and archives in China is weak,the discipline development in the East and the West is not balanced;the degree of emphasis on the subject is not enough;the basic theory research is weak;the training goal tends to be comprehensive and so on.The following suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the propaganda of the subject and to promote the communication between the East and the West;to improve the importance of discipline;to strengthen the innovation of the basic theory and the training of talents;to promote the characteristic development of the library information and achives.
