摘要
高校图书馆成效评估主要关注利用图书馆的活动和服务后对用户所产生的影响,包括对学生、老师、机构等,已成为图书馆评估研究的新趋势。文章基于ARL2010—2018年评估大会中有关高校图书馆成效评估的报告进行分析,梳理美国高校图书馆成效评估发展的每个阶段和研究成果,启示国内图书馆应在关注不同层次的图书馆和特殊群体、建立长效评估研究机制、不断创新和改进评估方法、建立完善的评估体系等方面加强成效评估工作。
The outcome assessment of academic library mainly focuses on the impact of library activities and services on users,such as students,teachers and institutions,which has become a new trend of library assessment research.Based on the analysis of the report on the outcome assessment of academic libraries in ARL 2010—2018 evaluation conference,this paper sorts out each stage and research results of the development of the outcome assessment of academic libraries in the United States,and enlightens domestic libraries to strengthen the outcome assessment from the aspects of paying attention to different levels of libraries and special groups,establishing long-term assessment research mechanism,constantly innovating and improving assessment methods,establishing perfect assessment systems and so on.
