加味麻黄温经汤联合针刺治疗颈源性头晕临床观察

Clinical observation of modified Mahuang Wenjing decoction and acupuncture on cervicogenic dizziness

目的:观察加味麻黄温经汤联合针刺治疗颈源性头晕的临床疗效。方法:将102例颈源性头晕患者随机分成两组,对照组48例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合氯唑沙宗片治疗;治疗组54例予加味麻黄温经汤联合针刺治疗。两组均连续治疗10天后评价疗效。结果:治疗后两组头晕积分、NPQ及ESCV评分均降低,且治疗组各项评分优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组基本治愈13例,显效22例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率94.44%;对照组基本治愈8例,显效17例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率79.17%。组间总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味麻黄温经汤联合针刺治疗颈源性头晕疗效优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合氯唑沙宗片治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Mahuang Wenjing decoction and acupuncture on cervicogenic dizziness.Methods:102 cases of patients with cervicogenic dizziness included in the research were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases of control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule and chlorzoxazone tablets,while 54 cases of treatment group were treated with modified Mahuang Wenjing decoction and acupuncture.After continuous treatment for 10 days,the curative effect was evaluated in two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of dizziness,NPQ and ESCV were decreased in both groups,and each score of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).In the treatment group,13 cases were basically cured,22 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.44%.In the control group,8 cases were basically cured,17 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 79.17%.Compared the total effective rate between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Mahuang Wenjing decoction and acupuncture on cervicogenic dizziness is better than that of lunarizine hydrochloride capsule combined with chlorzoxazone tablets.
