Railway Track Firefighting Vehicle Overview and Fire Extinguishing Performance Test

为解决列车在山区铁路区间发生火灾难以救援的难题,研发了一种在铁路路轨快速行进的新型轨道消防车,并介绍了其结构组成及灭火系统构成。该型消防车操作便捷,可扑救A类和B类火灾,以轨道车为牵引运行时速可达120 km·h-1。通过对整车性能的不断调试,其有效保护半径可达485 m,出两支喷雾水枪可连续工作5 h以上。经灭火测试,该车扑救20A标准木垛火试验模型仅需35 s,扑救144B油盘火试验模型仅需30 s。

In order to solve the difficulties in the rescuing of train fire in the mountain railway section,the author and related personnel developed a new type of rail firefighting vehicle which runs fast on the railway.This paper introduces the makeup of the rail firefighting vehicle and its firefighting system.This railway track firefighting vehicle is capable of extinguishing class A and B fires and easy to operate.Its speed can reach 120 km·h-1.Through the continuous debugging of vehicle performance,the effective protection radius can reach 485 m.If two firefighting spray lances are used at the same time,it can work continuously for more than 5 hours.According to the test,it only takes 35 s to put out 20A standard wood crib fire test model and 30 s to put out 144B oil pan fire test model.
