疫情防控期间消防监管模式探索

摘要 疫情防控期间,以传统模式开展消防监管工作具有一定的局限性。根据疫情防控期间的社会运行特点,分析该特殊时期的特殊火灾隐患。从远程监管的思路出发,提出利用互联网、移动执法APP或智慧消防监管平台进行线上消防监督指导服务工作,通过实行告知承诺制等便民政策,以疫情防控特殊时期的法律法规和诚信平台建设作为保障,探索疫情防控期间的消防监管模式。 During the pandemic prevention and control,the traditional mode to carry out fire supervision has some limitations.Based on the characteristics of social operation in the pandemic prevention and control period,the special fire hazards were analyzed.With the approach of remote supervision,online fire supervision and guidance services was proposed,which was realized by means of the Internet,mobile law enforcement APP and smart fire supervision platform.A fire supervision model during the pandemic prevention and control was explored with the implementation of policies like notification and commitment system,and with the laws and regulations for special period of the pandemic prevention and control and the integrity platform construction as a guarantee.
