消防救援与院前急救深度协作模式探索

Exploration and Prospect of Deep Collaboration Mode of Fire Rescue and Pre-hospital First Aid

对比分析了国内外消防部门承担医疗急救任务的情况,结合国家综合性消防救援队伍的职责任务,认为消防救援部门参与院前急救工作有利于整合公共资源、优化站点布局、提高施救效率,但也存在政策依据、人员实力、职能定位、站点建设等需解决的问题,并从联动模式、协同模式、融合模式等方面提出了消防救援部门与院前急救深度协作的建议。

Based on the comparison and analysis of the situation of domestic and foreign fire departments undertaking pre-hospital first aid tasks,combined with the responsibilities and tasks of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team,this paper holds that the participation of the fire and rescue department in the pre-hospital first aid is conducive to the integration of public resources,the optimization of site layout,and the improvement of rescue efficiency,but there are also problems to be solved,such as policy basis,personnel strength,functional positioning,site construction,etc..Finally,the suggestion of deep cooperation between fire and rescue departments and pre-hospital first aid units is put forward in terms of collaboration mode,cooperation mode and integration mode.
