Research on New Changes and Countermeasures of Rail Transit Explosions Caused by Terrorist Attacks

当前,国际恐怖主义对轨道交通的恐怖袭击多发、高发,爆炸对轨道交通构成最主要的现实威胁。以轨道交通恐怖袭击事件中的爆炸袭击为切入点,分析轨道交通爆炸恐怖袭击特点,重点围绕优化指挥调度系统,智慧警务建设,提升应急处突单元现场处置能力,建立轨道交通爆炸恐怖袭击应急处置程序与反爆炸应急处置机制进行研究,为打造平安轨道交通提供建议。

At present,attacks of international terrorism on rail transit are frequent and widespread,and explosions pose the most important realistic threat to rail transit.Taking the rail transit explosions caused by terrorist attacks as its subject,this paper analyzes the characteristics of rail transit explosion caused by terrorist attacks,and proposes some suggestions to build a safe rail transit.These suggestions include optimizing the command and dispatching system,constructing intelligent policing,improving the on-site disposal capacity of emergency handling units,establishing disposal procedures for rail transit explosion caused by terrorist attack and building up an anti-explosion emergency disposal mechanism.
