警用无人机在反恐行动中规范化应用思考

随着无人机技术的快速发展,无人机所具有的云台功能多样、设备轻便灵活、操控简单智能等特点,在警务实战尤其是反恐行动中开始发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为新兴技术装备,警用无人机规范化应用的问题则成为发挥无人机战斗力的关键因素。分析警务反恐行动中无人机规范化应用的基本内涵,结合无人机的技术优势特点,需要从装备配置、力量布局、行动方式、站台控制、设备保障等方面对反恐行动中无人机应用提出要求,并就法律保障、装备维护、技术研发等问题提出警用无人机规范化应用的建议。

With the rapid development of UAV technology,the characteristics of diversified gimbal functions,light and flexible equipment,simple and intelligent control of UAV have enabled UAV to play an increasingly important role in police combat,especially in anti-terrorism operations.As an emerging technology equipment,the problem of standardized application of police UAV has become a key factor in the release of combat power of UAV.It is necessary to put forward requirements on UAV application in anti-terrorism operations in terms of equipment configuration,force layout,action methods,station control,and equipment support by analyzing the basic connotation of UAV standardized application in police anti-terrorism operations and combining the technical advantages of UAV,and then put forward certain suggestions on legal protection,equipment maintenance,technology research and development and other issues.
