公安院校学生综合素质考评体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System for Public Security College Students

总结分析国内外高等学校学生综合素质考评现状,结合我国公安院校警务化管理特点和招录警制度,从思想政治、科学文化、体能训练、作风与管理能力和创新实践能力等五个方面设置公安院校学生综合素质考评内容,应用模糊层次分析模型构建综合素质评价体系。

This paper first summarizes and analyzes the status quo of comprehensive quality evaluation of College students at home and abroad.And based on the characteristics of policing management and the system of recruiting police in public security colleges in China,it sets up the contents of comprehensive quality evaluation of students in public security colleges from five aspects,including ideological and political education,science and culture,physical training,style and management ability,and innovation and practice ability,and then applies the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model to build the comprehensive quality evaluation system.
