我国高校图书馆数据素养服务供给实证评价研究 被引量:14

Empirical Evaluation on the Supply of Library’s Data Literacy Services in Chinese Universities

摘要 我国高校图书馆数据素养服务供给情况评价可为今后有效开展相关工作提供借鉴参考。本文以 "双一流"高校为例,从服务方式角度,运用主成分分析法对2018年我国高校图书馆数据素养服务供给进行实证评价,并采用五维雷达图对不同供给梯度间的服务差异进行分析。研究发现:①"双一流"高校数据素养服务供给呈正偏态分布,整体供给水平不高;同时存在明显的梯度差异,其中"985工程"院校在数据素养服务供给上具有显著优势,而非"211工程"的"双一流"院校则较为薄弱。②为有效提高数据素养服务水平,高校图书馆不仅应科学合理加强数字资源建设,更应着力于利用成本较低的软核服务,如讲座培训、活动竞赛、在线教育等。 Through evaluating the current supply of library’s data literacy services (DLS) in the Chinese universities,this study tries to bring some valuable references for more effective work in the future.Based on a cross-section data of ‘double first-class’ Chinese universities in 2018,this work makes an empirical evaluation of the supply of library’s DLS from the perspective of service approaches,and then analyzes the differences using a radar diagram.The sample shows a positive skewed distribution whereas the overall supply of library’s DLS is still at a low level.There are significant gradient differences in DLS supply among the ‘double first-class’ universities.While the ‘985-Universities’ have obvious advantages in DLS,the non-211 ‘double first-class’ universities are relatively weak.The results also suggest that,besides strengthening the development of digital resources,the libraries of Chinese universities should take full advantage of flexible services with lower costs,such as lectures/training,activities/competitions,and online training.
